STRAIGHT SECRETARY IN MAHOGANY VENEER - 19th CENTURY Straight desk opening to a flap and four drawers in front, in mahogany veneer, sycamore and light fillet marquetry, ormolu escutcheons representing two horns of plenty. The interior features a central niche, six drawers and two simulated uprights forming a push-button hiding place. Top covered with black velvet. Grey marble top with white veining. 19th century (cracks on side panels, insolation) A straight desk opening to a flap and four drawers in front, in mahogany veneer, sycamore and marquetry of clear filets, ormolu keyholes representing two horns of plenty.
