IZNIK TILE WITH FLOWER GARLAND, OTTOMAN TURKEY, FIRST HALF OF THE 17TH CENTURY Siliceous ceramic border tile with underglaze painted decoration. On a cobalt-blue ground, bordered by turquoise borders, a scroll of a composite flower and a white half-palmette, highlighted in turquoise and red, unfolds. One break glued back and restored, and one corner glued back and restored (a few chips on the border). An Iznik border tile, Ottoman Turkey, first half of the 17th century (Some chips on the border).
